Refund Policy
At Soroush Driving School, we aim to provide a fair and transparent refund policy for all learners. Please read the following information carefully before booking driving lessons or courses with us.
Lesson Cancellations
Learners may cancel or reschedule a lesson by providing at least 48 hours’ notice before the scheduled lesson time.
Where sufficient notice is provided, payments may be:
- refunded,
- transferred to another lesson,
- or rearranged to a new booking date.
Late Cancellations
Lessons cancelled with less than 48 hours’ notice may not be eligible for a refund and may be charged at the full lesson rate.
Block Booking Refunds
Refunds for unused block booking lessons may be considered where:
- at least 48 hours’ notice has been provided,
- and the lessons have not already been booked or used.
Any completed lessons will be deducted at the standard lesson rate before a refund is issued.
Booking Validity
Block booking lesson packages are valid for six months from the date of purchase.
Learners must book at least one lesson within the first six months from the purchase date. Once the first lesson has been taken within this period, the remaining lessons will remain valid for a further six months from the date of that lesson.
If no lessons are booked or taken within the initial six-month period, the booking may expire and become non-refundable.
Refund Processing Time
Approved refunds are normally processed within 5–10 working days, depending on the original payment method used.
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds may not be provided where:
- insufficient cancellation notice is given,
- Lessons have already been completed,
- or the learner fails to attend a booked lesson without notice.
