Welcome to Soroush Driving School. By booking lessons or courses with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms are designed to provide a safe, professional, and positive learning experience for all learners.

Payments

Payments can be made securely online through our website using a debit card, a credit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Klarna, Clearpay, or a bank transfer. Cash payments may also be accepted directly by prior arrangement with your instructor.

Cancellation Policy

A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required for lesson cancellations or rescheduling. Lessons cancelled with less than 48 hours’ notice may be charged at the full lesson rate.

Instructor’s Authority

Your Soroush Driving School instructor reserves the right to withdraw the tuition vehicle for the day or refuse the use of the vehicle for a driving test if, in the instructor’s professional opinion, the learner is not at the required standard or if safety may be affected.

Mechanical Breakdown

Soroush Driving School cannot be held responsible for lesson cancellations caused by vehicle mechanical breakdown or circumstances beyond our control. However, we will make every reasonable effort to provide a replacement vehicle or rearrange the lesson as soon as possible.

Communication

After your booking is received, a member of Soroush Driving School may contact you to confirm your lesson details and arrange your booking. Please ensure your contact details are entered correctly when booking online.

Complaints Procedure

If you have a concern or complaint that cannot be resolved directly with your instructor, please contact Soroush Driving School. All complaints will be handled professionally and confidentially.

Vehicle Condition

All tuition vehicles are dual-controlled, insured, roadworthy, clean, and maintained to a professional standard for learner safety and comfort.

Professional Conduct

All instructors are expected to behave professionally and respectfully and maintain a smart appearance during lessons.

No Smoking Policy

Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited inside all tuition vehicles.

Block Booking Validity

Block booking lesson packages and prepaid lesson bundles must be used within six months of purchase. Learners must arrange and attend at least one lesson within the initial six-month period. Once at least one lesson has been completed within that time, the remaining lessons will remain valid for a further six months from the date of the most recent completed lesson. Unused lessons that remain inactive beyond the applicable six-month period may expire and become non-refundable.

Appointment Policy

If a learner arrives more than 15 minutes late without notifying the instructor, the lesson may be cancelled and charged at the full lesson rate.

Medical Fitness to Drive

Learners booking disabled driving lessons may be required to provide a GP letter confirming they are medically fit to drive before lessons begin.
