1. Lesson Booking and Payment:

   • To book your first driving lesson, please contact us using the provided phone number.
   • We offer multiple payment options, including cash, cheque, bank transfer, and online payment through our website.

2. Payment Terms:

   • Payment for lessons is due one week in advance. Please make all payments directly to your instructor.
   • Payments made through our website or via bank transfer are also accepted.

3. Lesson Cancellations:

   • If you need to cancel a lesson, we require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice to avoid any charges.
   • Late cancellations or no-shows may result in charges at the current lesson rate.

4. Instructor’s Discretion:

   • Your Soroush franchised instructor has the authority to withdraw the tuition car on the day of your driving test if they believe you are not ready to meet the required test standard.

5. Mechanical Breakdown:

   • While we strive to provide reliable vehicles, Soroush Driving School cannot be held responsible for lesson cancellations due to mechanical breakdown.
   • In such cases, we will make every effort to arrange a replacement vehicle as soon as possible.

6. Communication:

   • Upon booking your lessons, you will receive your Soroush Driving instructor’s telephone number for all future communications regarding your lessons.

7. Complaints:

   • If you have a complaint that cannot be resolved directly with your instructor, please contact Soroush. We assure you that your complaint will be handled in the strictest confidence within 14 days.

9. Car Condition and Appearance:

   • Soroush Driving School ensures that the dual-controlled car provided for your lessons is clean, roadworthy, and in excellent condition.
   • Our instructors maintain a professional appearance and present themselves in a smart and professional manner.

10. No Smoking Policy:

    • For the comfort and safety of all our students, Soroush Driving School strictly enforces a no smoking policy in our vehicles.
