Welcome to Soroush Driving School! We are dedicated to providing high-quality driving lessons to help you become a safe and confident driver. It is important that you carefully review and understand the following terms and conditions before booking your lessons:

1. 1. Payment:

      • Please make payments directly to your instructor.

   2. Cancellation Policy:

      • Any lesson cancellations require a 48-hour notice, or charges will apply at your current lesson rate.

   3. Instructor’s Authority:

      • Your Soroush Franchised instructor reserves the right to withdraw the Soroush tuition car for the day or your driving test if, in the instructor’s opinion, the candidate is not deemed to be at the required test standard.

   4. Mechanical Breakdown:

      • Soroush Driving School cannot be held responsible for lesson cancellations due to mechanical breakdown. However, efforts will be made to provide a replacement vehicle promptly.

   5. Communication:

      • You will be provided with your Soroush driving instructor’s telephone number for all future communication.

   6. Complaints Procedure:

      • If you have a complaint that cannot be resolved directly with your Soroush Franchised instructor, please contact Soroush. Your complaint will be handled confidentially within 14 days.

   7. Equal Opportunity:

      • Soroush driving instructors will adhere to all equal opportunity policies and will not discriminate based on race, color, creed, gender, sexual orientation, etc.

   8. Vehicle Condition:

      • Soroush driving school will provide a dual-controlled car in a clean, roadworthy, and tidy condition.

   9. Professionalism:

      • All Soroush driving instructors will present themselves in a professional manner and maintain a smart appearance.

   10. No Smoking Policy:

       • Soroush driving school strictly prohibits smoking in its vehicles.

   11. Block Booking Validity:

       • Block booking payments are valid for six months.

   Payment Terms:

   • Cash or cheque (one week in advance)

   Appointment Policy:

   • If you, the client, are more than 15 minutes late for the lesson without notifying the instructor, he/she will leave, and you will be charged the full amount for the lesson.
